Made from food-grade plastic, the bowl measures 490mm x 205mm, with a secure-fitting lid of 380mm x 30mm and weighs 1.8kg. Ladle dimensions of 380mm in length and cup width of 105mm, cup capacity 250ml and weight of 126g. It holds 5L with the lid on, or 7L to the brim without the lid.
